Our service

Barnyard Buddies Dog Grooming offers dog and cat grooming by appointment only at our home studio, 15105 E Via de Olivos, Chandler, Arizona. No walk-ins. You bring your dog or cat to the studio; we don’t offer mobile grooming, boarding or daycare.

Prices

Prices in our Services & Pricing section are starting prices for a maintained coat. We agree the service and price with you before grooming begins.

If Ally finds work that would go beyond your agreed price, she will ask you first. She will explain the extra time and cost and give you a maximum. Approved additional work is $20 per additional 15 minutes. If we can’t reach you, we won’t go beyond the agreed service or price.

Making and changing appointments

When online booking is available, you can book on this website. You can always call or email us instead.

• An online booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation on this website after it’s saved. We aim to send a confirmation email too; if you don’t receive one, your booking still stands. Check My bookings or contact us.
• An appointment arranged by phone or email is booked once we confirm it.
• Please book only for yourself, or with the pet owner’s permission.
• To change or cancel, use My bookings or contact us. Changes take effect once we confirm them.

Your pet’s safety

We complete each grooming step only as far as it can be done safely for your pet. Brushing out severe matting can be uncomfortable or unsafe for a pet. In that case, we may recommend a shorter trim, stop the groom, or suggest another option.

Using this website

Please use this website only for its intended purpose. Don’t interfere with it or try to access other people’s information. Keep any sign-in codes we send you to yourself.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. If something looks wrong, please let us know.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when online booking opens. Changes apply from the date shown above and don’t change appointments already agreed.
